Terms and Conditions
Customers must enroll in the MCM Rewards program to receive benefits.
Only sales placed at MCM will qualify for the Rewards promotion and count toward the bonus credit.
Monthly promotions can be used more than once, unless otherwise specified, but only for the month specified.
Source codes must be provided at the time an order is placed.
The year end bonus will be awarded by 1/31/09 and will be calculated from the time a customer enrolls and sales received from 1/1/08 through
12/31/08. The bonus will be paid in the form of credit to your account, which must be used towards MCM merchandise.
The bonus credit must be redeemed within 90 days otherwise that bonus is forfeited. Bonus credit can not be applied
to an existing order or account balance. The customer’s account must be in good standing to be eligible for the bonus.
All returns will be removed from the total sales for the year. The $250 minimum must be met after returns are excluded.
Any bonus credit not redeemed or used in its entirety will be forfeited. MCM employees, suppliers and National Account
customers are not eligible to participate in the program.
MCM reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel the program at any time without prior notification.
