MCM Rewards Program
Earn 2% credit towards future MCM purchases! MCM Rewards offers exclusive savings to all rewards members on the brands and categories you love the most including wire & cable, tools, test equipment
audio/video and more! It's free and easy. Here is an outline to the program:
- Rules for the Program
- Customers must sign up to participate in the MCM rewards program.
- Sales are only calculated in the designated time period. You can not combine sales from previous years or orders.
- Sales for any MCM order count towards your bonus credit.
- 2% credit must be used on future orders with MCM.
- Reward Credits
- The end date for sales which count towards your rewards is 12/31 of each year.
- A minimum of $250 in sales must be achieved before you become eligible for the 2% credit.
- Credits must be used in full within 90 days of receiving your reward.
- All sales are excluding returns.
- Monthly Promotions
- Promotions are valid through the entire month. For example, if the offer is free shipping over $150, a customer can use that source code as
much as they want throughout the month. When that month is over, a new source code and promotion will be available and the previous month’s source code/offer is invalid.
- Exception, if the promotion is otherwise specified for a one-time use only.
- Customer Communications
- You will receive a welcome e-mail after joining. Each welcome e-mail will include the offer for the current month and the rules of the program.
- You will also receive monthly rewards e-mails with the new offer and any other promotions we have at that time.
- Rewards members have access to a dedicated e-mail address to contact MCM with questions or problems.
Your usual response is within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail (only available during the business week).
- Periodically throughout the year, MCM will send an update as to where you stand in our rewards program or you can contact an account representative for an update.
