I have found that the plastic lens slips and allows the LED array to slip forward. This reduced the pressure on the electrical contacts, causing voltage loss and a "dim" LED.
I would up HotGlueing the lens in

I ordered 6 and only 3 worked. Out of the 3 that worked 1 dropped 1 twice and now it does not work. You get what you pay for. I also ordered three of the 28 led flashlights that they have problems keeping in stock, now that one is bright as heck and works very well. Order that one for $14 instead. You get what you pay for.

Great price, bright, But..........
It is constantly going from bright to dim, even had 1 of the 2 replaced, (they did it quickly), and the replacement and the other 1 duplicated the oddity. 3 out of 3 perform inadequately.
