Product Details:
The AT–1.0 Amplified Terminator Unit functions as central control unit for large multi room IR systems, allowing connection of the power supply, IR emitters and receivers. 5~24VDC status input accepts status signal from IR controlled equipment, and provides visual indication at each IR receiver.

SpeakerCraft SmartPath IR Repeating System Overview
SmartPath’s easy installation and configuration allow installers to quickly create a pathway of complete A/V system control. All components are available separately for versatile configuration of any custom system. Emitters and receivers may be connected with two pairs of 24AWG solid or stranded unshielded twisted pair wire, including standard Cat5, for distances up to 1200'. Heavier gauge cable can be used for distances of up to 5000'.
A complete system requires the following four basic components:
• At least one Infrared Receiver
•One Connecting Block, either 50-8335, or 50-8340
•As many Emitters as needed to control AV equipment
•One regulated DC Power Supply
